5 years agoConsidering he's seen his targets go up in every game - including a team-high 12 in last week's 31-6 loss to the Cowboys - Miami Dolphins wide receiver Preston Williams may soon belong on your fantasy radar. The bad news is that Williams only reeled in four of those 12 targets for 68 yards and also dropped a surefire 15-yard touchdown, but it's also becoming clear that he seems to have chemistry with new starting quarterback Josh Rosen.
