Prospect Hans Crouse Dominant Down On the Farm
6 years agoTexas Rangers prized pitching prospect Hans Crouse (elbow) twirled three hitless innings Sunday in his return to action with Class A Hickory (N.C.) against Charleston. He allowed two walks in the first inning, but retired the final eight batters he faced. The Rangers have been managing his workload this season, and this was his first action since May 26 when he was shut down due to bone spurs in his throwing elbow. Crouse is a top prospect in the Texas system and a nice long-term fantasy keeper option.
