3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Quez Watkins led the Eagles in receiving yards in a Week 6 loss to the Tampa Bay Bucs. Watkins was targeted five times, catching three passes for 44 yards. It was an atrocious night for the Eagles passing offense, as quarterback Jalen Hurts completed just 12 passes total. Watkins was open deep several times, but Hurts was simply unable to connect with his wide receiver. While Watkins does seem to have some upside in this offense, it seems unlikely that Hurts will be able to help him reach it.
