3 years agoVancouver Canucks defenseman Quinn Hughes had a longer night than expected after Tucker Poolman was pulled for COVID protocols. Hughes wound up playing more than 27 minutes and yet that seemed to fire up the offensive side of things. The defenseman dished out three assists including the primary on the game-tying goal during the third period on Tuesday. If that was not enough, Hughes helped out on the game-winning goal with a secondary helper. The Vancouver defender had three shots on goal with the assists to give him 23 assists and 25 points in 29 games. In points leagues, Hughes is a constant option. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
