3 years agoVancouver Canucks defenseman Quinn Hughes was back from a lower-body injury on Thursday, logging 22:06 and picking up an assist in a 4-1 win over Chicago. Hughes collected the helper in the middle of the second frame when Tanner Pearson deflected in one of the four shots he had in the game. The assist marks Hughes' 100th career point. He reached the milestone in 133 games, meaning that Hughes required the fewest games by a defenseman to record 100 points in the team's colors. The talented blueliner is off to a fierce start to the season with three points and 12 shots in four outings.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
