4 years agoBoston Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers went 2-for-3 with a home run in Thursday's win over the Orioles as he begins to show signs of breaking out of an early season slump. After going hitless in the opening series against the Orioles, Devers has now reached base six times in the last three games. As Devers goes, the Red Sox go, and it's no coincidence that the Red Sox have won four in a row over that span. With J.D. Martinez and Xander Bogaerts both red-hot hitting in front of him, Devers should rack up the RBI if he continues to hit like he has over the past series.--Daniel Fox
