2 years agoBoston Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers is not in the starting lineup against the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday. It's just a regular day of rest for Devers, but fantasy managers need to remove him from their daily lineups. With Devers on the bench to start, Christian Arroyo will get the nod at third base and will hit sixth against Rays left-hander Jeffrey Springs. Arroyo has been a really useful super-utility player for the Red Sox this year, and he's hitting .284/.327/.415 with five home runs, 27 RBI, 28 runs scored and five stolen bases in 229 at-bats in 2022. Only one of his five long balls has come against left-handed pitching, though, and Arroyo is still more of a deep DFS sleeper play.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
