4 years agoTexas Rangers reliever Rafael Montero entered a 4-2 ball game in the top of the ninth and shut the door on the Seattle Mariners to pick up the save. It is Montero's third save of the season, and it looks like he is now the go-to option for the closer role in Texas. On Tuesday night, it only took nine pitches for the 29-year-old to level the series for Texas as they enter the rubber game versus the Mariners on Wednesday. Montero's season line is now three innings pitched with three strikeouts, no walks, and zero hits allowed. The right-hander is available in 50 percent of Yahoo leagues, and if you need saves, Montero is worth an add in roto leagues.--Euan Leith
