7 years agoSan Diego Padres catcher Rafael Lopez is batting cleanup after going 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI on Saturday. Lopez has only taken part in nine at-bats so far this year after being called up on May 1. Throughout his career, he has been nothing more than a backup catcher, however, if he can string together a couple of good starts in a premium hitting spot, he can make a name for himself while Austin Hedges recovers on the disabled list. He should not be owned in any formats, however, those in two-catcher leagues should certainly keep an eye out.--Caden Inaba
