6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert (ankle) was a massive disappointment in Week 8, touching the ball only twice and playing 12 of 66 snaps. Mostert is now questionable in Week 9 against the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders are amongst the worst run defenses in the NFL and just ceded 222 rush yards in Week 8 to the Indianapolis Colts. Mostert is a tempting start if he is active, but it’s clear a hobbled Matt Breida (ankle) is the lead dog in the Niners backfield committee. At risk of another goose egg, Mostert is just a flex option for owners in need of a bye-week replacement.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
