2 years agoLos Angeles Angels reliever Raisel Iglesias worked a perfect ninth inning on Saturday to close out the team's 5-3 win over the Athletics. The 32-year-old recorded a fly out and a pair of punchouts in the quick 9-pitch frame to collect his ninth save of the campaign. Iglesias came into this contest a bit cold by allowing four earned across his last two appearances, but this inning should put him back on track despite owning a subpar 4.30 ERA through 14 2/3 IP. His 0.89 WHIP and 19/4 K/BB are still commendable, however, as he remains one of the league's top closing options.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
