7 years agoPittsburgh Steelers offensive guard Ramon Foster (knee) is back on the practice field and is hoping to be ready for Week 1 against the Browns. Foster, 32 and in the last year of his contract, was carted off the practice field on July 28 during a team drill and was diagnosed with a right knee MCL strain and a bone bruise. He was estimated to need four to six weeks to recover. Foster has made 115 starts since joining the team as an undrafted free agent in 2009. The quicker they can get him back, the better it'll be for the running game and Le'Veon Bell early in the season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
