3 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Ramon Laureano (hand) is back in right field and is hitting leadoff on Thursday evening against Texas Rangers left-hander Martin Perez. Laureano missed his fourth straight game on Wednesday when he was scratched from the starting lineup after he had trouble gripping a bat. But a CT scan turned up negative and he'll be back in the lineup Thursday. The 27-year-old has played in only 16 games this year while finishing up a suspension early on, and he's hitting just .167/.310/.250 with no homers, one RBI and two stolen bases in 58 plate appearances. Laureano is worth rostering in deeper leagues, though, due to his modest power and speed.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
