Rams Receiving Calls On Robert Woods
3 years agoAfter the Los Angeles Rams signed wide receiver Allen Robinson II on Thursday, they have received calls about the availability of Robert Woods, who is now a prime trade candidate, according to league sources. Woods is coming off a torn ACL last year, but he is expected to be ready for training camp this summer. It makes sense, especially if the Rams still want to re-sign Odell Beckham Jr., who tore his ACL in the Super Bowl and won't be ready until around November. Woods had 45 catches for 556 yards and four touchdowns on 69 targets in nine games before his injury in 2021, but he won't look as good to fantasy managers in LA with Robinson now in the fold. The 29-year-old's fantasy value has taken a hit due to last year's injury, but he could become attractive again if he's traded and lands in a better situation.
