7 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Tavon Austin will be on a one-year, $5 million deal in 2018, which could be worth up to $8 million in incentives. The rest of his contract will be eliminated. It's a huge pay cut, and justifiably so after he was a glorified and overpaid gadget player for the Rams last season (13 catches for 47 yards). He will compete for a role as a wide receiver, but the team is making no promises. Austin could be the team's fourth or fifth receiver, but obviously fantasy owners should go nowhere near him.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
