5 years agoThe Los Angeles Rams have selected Miami (Ohio) kicker Sam Sloman with the No. 248 pick during the seventh round. Sloman only missed three field goals throughout his entire college career. There's usually not much of a reason to draft kickers, but Sloman was fantastic in college. The Rams felt he was a good fit for their organization, and it's the last round, so why not. They also saw Greg Zuerlein leave the team this offseason, so bringing in new blood at the position won't hurt.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
