Randal Grichuk Homers For Third Time In Four Games
4 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Randal Grichuk provided the only offense for his club in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Rays. He belted a three-run homer off Brent Honeywell in the first as he finished the game going 1-for-3 with a walk. Grichuk now has four bombs on the season, including three in his last four games, and is providing plenty of mixed-league value with 10 runs, 16 RBI, and a .309 batting average through 20 games. He did hit 12 HR in 55 games last year, so there's legit power in his bat, and he'll continue to play regularly with George Springer and Teoscar Hernandez on the shelf. The 29-year-old is worth rostering in all formats while he's swinging a hot stick.
