Randal Grichuk Rebounds In Second Rehab Game
6 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Randal Grichuk didn’t have a great first rehab game on Tuesday, finishing 0-for-2 with two strikeouts. On Wednesday, he rebounded nicely in his second effort by crushing a two-run bomb and playing six innings in right field. That’s more of what we’ll need to see from Grichuk before starting to think about fantasy relevance. During his absence due to a sprained right PCL, Toronto’s outfield of Curtis Granderson, Kevin Pillar, and Teoscar Heranndez have mostly been productive. Prior to his injury, Grichuk was…not (as evidenced by his .108/028/.227 slash line). It will be interesting to see how this one shakes out; there’s no need to run to your free agent pool to add him.
