2 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Randal Grichuk went 5-for-5 with a home run, three RBI and three runs scored in the 16-5 shellacking of the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday. It was one of those Coors Field nightmares for the Cardinals, but Grichuk certainly had fun and is now slashing .270/.312/.435 with 12 home runs, 58 RBI, 43 runs scored and three stolen bases in 345 at-bats in 2022. Since the All-Star break, he's been hot, going 23-for-63 (.365) with three home runs, 16 RBI and 10 runs scored in 18 games. So far in August, he's hitting .375 (12-for-32) with three homers, seven RBI and seven runs scored in nine games. Grichuk needs to be kept in starting lineups until he cools off.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
