3 years agoTampa Bay Rays outfielder Randy Arozarena was placed on the COVID-19 injured list Friday. He was deemed a close contact of someone who tested positive for the virus. This comes at the wrong time for the 2020 ALCS MVP, who was hitting a robust .458 (11-for-24) with three home runs and five RBI over his last six games. Fantasy managers need to remove Arozarena from their lineup as it's unclear how much time the 26-year-old will miss. Jordan Luplow was recalled from Triple-A Durham in a corresponding move. Luplow isn't a recommended streamer after slashing .173/.331/.439 across 121 plate appearances 2021.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
