4 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Adolis Garcia was activated by the team on Tuesday. Rangers manager Chris Woodward indicated that the team will look to get Garcia in the lineup against lefties, and with three southpaws on the schedule over the next week, Garcia should see a decent amount of playing time. Garcia’s arrival likely primarily takes away from Willie Calhoun's playing time, but it seems unlikely that Garcia will remain with the team for much longer than next Wednesday. With a .514 OPS against lefties in the minors last season, Garcia should be a DFS option worth keeping an eye on over the next week.--Sam Chinitz
