7 years agoThe Texas Rangers avoided salary arbitration with outfielder Ryan Rua by agreeing to a one-year, $870,000 deal Tuesday. Rua will enter the 2018 season most likely as just outfield depth for the Rangers. In 63 games for Texas in 2017, he hit just .217 with three home runs and 12 RBI in 129 at-bats. He won't be fantasy relevant unless a major injury opens up everyday playing time for him.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
