2 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny (hamstring) is practicing at the team's voluntary organized team activities this week after he missed last week with a sore hamstring. Given Penny's extensive injury history, a lot was made about him missing OTAs last week due to injury. But the 26-year-old is already back and should be fine for training camp this summer. The former first-rounder was one of the best all-around running backs in fantasy to close out last year, and he finished with career-highs in carries (119), rushing yards (749) and touchdowns (six) while adding six catches for 48 yards in 10 games (six starts). The injury risk is always there, but if Chris Carson (neck) isn't ready to go by the season opener, Penny should see the majority of backfield work.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
