6 years agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins had his best performance of the season in Week 13, but the likelihood of this production continuing seems to be slim. Higgins is a touchdown-reliant player, which is not the best title for someone that is listed third on the team's receiver depth chart. The game plan simply is not designed for Higgins to have consistent weeks, which leads to him having low value in most leagues. Higgins should be on benches or waivers for Week 14.--Matthew.McGough
