3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers rookie left tackle Rashawn Slater was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday. Slater tested positive for the virus last week and was sidelined for Thursday's overtime loss to the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs in Week 15, but he will be back for this Sunday's matchup against the Houston Texans. Slater has started 13 games for the Chargers in his rookie season and has played 100% of the offensive snaps to begin his career. Getting Slater back will be good news for second-year quarterback Justin Herbert, who has been playing extremely well in recent weeks. The Chargers probably won't need to throw the ball all that much to beat the Texans, but Herbert will nevertheless be a strong QB1 for fantasy managers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
