Ravens Completely Shut Down Steelers In Second Half
6 years agoThe Baltimore Ravens defense was terrific in the second half of their 26-14 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. After surrendering over 230 yards of total offense in the first 30 minutes of action, the Ravens held them to just 47 yards over the last 30 minutes. Baltimore's defense has yet to permit a touchdown in the second half this year. The Ravens weren't able to get to quarterback Ben Roethlisberger a lot, recording one sack and two quarterback hits, but they did force him into 20 incompletions and an interception. Safety Tony Jefferson was credited with a forced fumble and fumble recovery as well. Star linebacker C.J. Mosley led the team with eight stops. The Ravens defense remains very useful in fantasy.
