Ravens Set NFL Red-Zone Mark
6 years agoThe Baltimore Ravens offense has been tough to stop this season, especially once they get
into the red zone. The Ravens, who went 3-for-3 in red-zone opportunities against Denver, are the first team to score a touchdown on their first 12 possessions inside the 20-yard line, according to Elias Sports Bureau research. A key to the team's success near the goal line has been their ability to mix things up. Eight Ravens have scored this season, with six touchdowns coming on the ground and six coming via the air. Running back Javorius Allen tops the team with four touchdowns -- three rushing and one receiving. Running back Alex Collins and wide receiver John Brown each have a pair of scores. Kenneth Dixon, Michael Crabtree, Mark Andrews and Willie Snead also have crossed the goal line. Overall, Baltimore has put up 97 points this season, which is the fifth highest total in the league.
