Ravens Sign Corey Clement
2 years agoWith Baltimore Ravens running backs J.K. Dobbins (knee) and Gus Edwards (knee) opening training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform list, the team signed free-agent running back Corey Clement to an undisclosed deal, according to a source. Before signing Clement, the Ravens also worked out veteran Wayne Gallman on Monday. Clement will provide another body for the running back room in camp behind Mike Davis, rookie Tyler Badie, Justice Hill and Nate McCrary. The 27-year-old spent the 2021 season with the Dallas Cowboys, carrying the ball 33 times for 140 yards and catching six of seven targets for 29 yards and a touchdown in 17 games (zero starts). It would be a big surprise if Clement ends up with a big role in Baltimore in 2022.
