Ravens View J.K. Dobbins As A Three-Down Back
5 years agoBaltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta told reporters that the team views second-round running back J.K. Dobbins as a three-down back. DeCosta stated, "We think he's a three-down back. He's been extremely durable. He's an outstanding fit for what we like to do." Dobbins will have to split work with veteran Mark Ingram II in his rookie season but he should be the team's clear-cut primary back as early as 2021. The former Ohio State star was one of the best RPO running backs as a Buckeye in college and should mesh seamlessly with dual-threat quarterback Lamar Jackson in Baltimore's backfield. Dobbins is worthy of a top-five pick in dynasty rookie drafts.
