6 years agoThe Tampa Bay Rays will give manager Kevin Cash a contract extension that will guarantee he'll be with the team through the 2024 season, and the deal will have an option for 2025. Cash had just one year left on his original five-year deal. He has been with the team since 2015 and has gone 318-330 in that time, with 2018's 90-72 record the best mark in his four years. Tampa has a lot of young talent coming through the pipeline and they should remain competitive in the tough American League East.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
