3 years agoBoston Red Sox catcher Kevin Plawecki (hamstring) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list on Friday. The 30-year-old has been out because of a left hamstring strain. However, it's unlikely many fantasy managers were eagerly awaiting his return. Plawecki is batting .254 this season but has split time with Christian Vazquez, resulting in decreased production and value. If Plawecki can get a consistent role, he could benefit, although that isn't expected anytime soon. To make room, Connor Wong was sent back to Worcester.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
