6 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Steven Wright (knee) has been on the disabled list since June 26, and the team is doing their best to ease him back to full health. Red Sox manager Alex Cora said that Wright has not suffered a setback, but instead the team has just slowed him down. Cora maintained that the Red Sox are comfortable with their pitching staff and do not want to rush the knuckleballer back. Wright was pitching effectively out of the rotation aside from one disastrous outing against the Seattle Mariners, and he should probably be owned if he gets his rotation spot back upon his return. Expect to see him back after the All-Star break.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
