6 years agoThe Washington Redskins defense/special teams provided no fantasy value in Week 14, and more than likely contributed to the end of a few playoff runs as they watched the Giants blaze past them in a 40-16 rout. The Redskins have now given up at least 28 points in three straight contests, and have compounded this by not forcing the turnovers that made them such a valuable fantasy asset earlier in the season. Whether this unit was fool's gold or they have simply been victimized by the plethora of injuries that have rendered the offense so ineffective, Washington's defense is no longer a must-start in fantasy formats.--Chris O'Reilly
