3 years agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Reid Detmers was placed on the injured list on Wednesday, the team announced on Twitter. There was no injury designation for his placement, which raises questions as to whether it could be illness or COVID-19 related. The rookie pitcher has made four starts with the Angels this year, going 1-3 with a 7.11 ERA, 1.684 WHIP and 18.7 percent strikeout rate over 19 innings.
