6 years agoBaltimore Orioles third baseman/designated hitter Renato Nunez went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk, and a strikeout in Wednesday's 7-5 loss to the Yankees. Nunez lofted a fifth-inning CC Sabathia breaking ball just over the center-field wall for his ninth long ball of the season. The 25-year-old started off hot for the O's but has been ice cold lately, hitting just .129 with three HR and four RBI in May. He has power potential but is unusable in fantasy until he proves that he can hit for average.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
