Reynaldo Lopez Continues Season Long Struggles
4 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Reynaldo Lopez only 1 2/3 innings on Wednesday against the Minnesota Twins. Lopez allowed four hits, three runs (one earned), two walks and struck out two. Lopez wasn’t help by poor defense, but he still struggled with his command. The righty has now made four starts and allowed 11 runs (nine earned) with eight walks and 10 strikeouts in 9 2/3 innings. Lopez has a favorable matchup against the Pirates Tuesday, but is nothing more than a dart throw in DFS. There is also the chance that the Sox could skip his next turn as they have a day off on Monday.
