3 years agoNew England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson was a healthy scratch in Week 7 against the New York Jets, paving the way for a big day from Damien Harris and two rushing touchdowns from J.J. Taylor. Running backs coach Ivan Fears was very unclear if Stevenson would be active in Week 8 against the Los Angeles Chargers, simply stating "we'll see what happens." Moving forward, it is clear Harris is the workhorse in the backfield, while the No.2 and No.3 role on the depth chart can change in any given week. Neither Stevenson, Taylor, or Brandon Bolden should be counted on to produce consistent fantasy numbers. It would take an injury to Harris for anyone else in the New England backfield to be fantasy-relevant.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
