5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies first baseman Rhys Hoskins doubled twice and drew a walk in a loss to the Nationals Saturday. Hoskins may only be batting .266, but his on-base percentage is a whopping .405 thanks to an elite 17.8 percent walk rate. Hoskins has been hitting for power too as he is slugging .534 which is supported by a top-20 hard contact rate of 46.1 percent. It all adds up to a solid season thus far for the third-year slugger who will try and stay hot vs Anibal Sanchez and the Nationals Sunday.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
