Rick Porcello Inefficient In Loss On Saturday
6 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Rick Porcello lasted just four innings in Saturday's 9-5 loss to Baltimore. The righty allowed three earned runs on six hits while striking out two and walking five. It's been a rough go of it for the 30-year-old through three starts, as he sits with an 0-3 record, 11.12 ERA, 10 strikeouts and 12 walks. While the Red Sox still had a chance when Porcello was removed from the game, he is leaving much to be desired and if he can't limit the walks, he will quickly become unusable in fantasy. If the pitching schedule stays the same, the righty will get a chance to make things right against Tampa next weekend.
