3 years agoWashington Football Team tight end Ricky Seals-Jones (hip) put in a second straight day of limited practice on Thursday and appears to be on track to return this Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys after missing the last three games. It's good timing for Washington, too, with Logan Thomas (knee) being ruled out for the rest of the season. Seals-Jones was on the low-end TE1 streaming radar earlier this season when he was serving as the top pass-catching TE with Thomas on Injured Reserve. The 26-year-old was targeted 30 times, recording 20 catches for 192 yards and a touchdown in five games. He's worth a pickup if you need help at the position the rest of the way, although rookie John Bates has earned a bigger role of late and could cut into Seals-Jones' workload when he returns.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
