7 years agoDallas Cowboys tight end Rico Gathers is fully recovered from the concussion that cost him all of the 2017 season. He also dealt with jaw and neck injuries that occurred in a preseason game. Gathers was receiving tons of hype, as he made seven catches for 106 yards and two touchdowns in two preseason games before going down for the year. This season, without Jason Witten around, Gathers will compete with the likes of Geoff Swaim and Blake Jarwin to earn snaps at tight end. In an offense devoid of playmakers in the passing game, Gathers could have a breakout season. He's worth considering in the last few rounds of fantasy drafts as a TE2.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
