4 years agoShowing that he is up for the big challenges, Rob Font (19-4) made the most of his first UFC main event on Saturday, defeating former champion Cody Garbrandt via unanimous decision. In 25 minutes of action, Font landed an enormous tally of 176 significant strikes (183 total strikes) along with landing two of his three takedown tries. Defensively, Font stuffed seven of Garbrandt's 10 takedown attempts. With the win, Font has moved his name into serious title talks among the division's best.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
