3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski (ribs) is dealing with fractured ribs, an injury that could sideline him for multiple weeks. Gronkowski had X-rays come back negative earlier in the week, but a CT scan revealed multiple fractured ribs- leaving his status for the next couple of games in doubt. The veteran tight end was off to a great start, totaling 16 receptions for 184 yards and four scores. Cameron Brate played 45 percent of the snaps and saw five targets last week- and is the most likely tight end on the roster to step up in Gronkowski's absence.--Tim Capurso
