6 years agoNew England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will look to make his mark on this season's playoffs when the team hosts the Chargers this weekend. Gronk struggled through most of the regular season, battling multiple injuries and catching only three touchdowns in 13 games played. But the Patriots typically try to preserve Gronkowski for a deep playoff run and now the time has come to unleash him. He will, however, go up against a Chargers run defense that allowed the 14th fewest fantasy points to opposing tight ends. The Chargers allowed only five touchdown passes to tight ends all season but Gronkowski should see plenty of targets in the red zone.
