3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Rob Refsnyder (hamstring) was activated from the 10-day injured list on Thursday, according to Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com. In a corresponding move, the Twins optioned utility player Nick Gordon to Triple-A. Refsnyder has been out with a hamstring strain since early June, and over 18 games this season he's slashing .321/.371/.500 with two homers, 10 RBI and 10 runs scored. He could be worth picking up in deeper formats right now, and if he swings the bat as well as he did earlier in the year, he could be worth rostering in more formats soon.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
