4 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Robbie Grossman stuffed the stat sheet in a win over the Angels Wednesday. Grossman launched his third home run of the season - a two-run shot off of starter Griffin Canning - and also stole his fourth base of the season. Grossman went 1-for-3 and also walked twice and scored two runs. Grossman has been getting everyday playing time in left field and is currently riding a five-game hit streak. He boasts an elite plate discipline and has parlayed his 13.2 percent walk rate into a .466 on-base percentage thus far.
