6 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starter Robbie Ray (oblique) was dominant in an abbreviated rehab start on Tuesday, giving up one run on three hits and one walk while striking out nine batters over 4 1/3 innings. It was a great improvement over his previous rehab start, where he gave up five runs (two earned) over 2 1/3 innings at Single-A Visalia. If the Diamondbacks follow the schedule they previously laid out for him, Ray will likely make one more rehab start before re-joining the big club in Arizona. If he is on the waiver wire, owners should be snapping him up immediately, as he'll likely be back before the end of June.--Jonathan Chan - Rotoballer
