4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Robbie Ray has a difficult test ahead of him Thursday as he faces off against the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers currently have the second-highest batting average versus southpaws this season (.324), while being the second-hardest team to strikeout (14.3% K-rate). Ray didn't do so hot against this club in 2019 either, going 1-2 in five starts while owning a 4.60 ERA and 1.30 WHIP. The 28-year-old has the high-strikeout arm to potentially dominate any start, but the odds aren't looking good for it to happen on Thursday.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
