5 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starter Robbie Ray snapped his streak of three losses in his last four starts with a quality start against the Rockies. Ray allowed one run on two hits and five walks over six innings with eight strikeouts as he posted his first start of one or fewer earned runs since May 13. Ray had posted a 5.00 ERA over six starts in June, and this outing could be the jump start he needs to return to his level of performance from May when the Diamondbacks come back from the All-Star break.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
