Robbie Ray Struggles In Rehab Start
6 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starter Robbie Ray (oblique) struggled in his rehab start for High-A Visalia on Thursday, allowing five runs (two earned) on five hits while striking out three. Ray's fastball sat at 91-93 mph throughout the start. Ray looked rusty, but it's not unexpected, as it was his first game action since April 29. Ray will likely make at least one more rehab start before rejoining the Arizona rotation sometime in late June or early July.
